New
York City 2005 Friday, July 15, 2005 Day 9 This is probably one of the hardest days of the trip. We spent the whole day on the bus for the long ride home. We got a late start and didn't end up leaving the church until one forty-five this morning. We finished listening to the message by Steve Saint that Pastor Dave began on the drive to New York. After playing a mixer we watched The Man from Snowy River. We stopped in Racine one last time for dinner, and then finished the final leg of the trip watching a documentary about a man who ignored his family and "lived in the past." We saw the devastating effects this had on his family. This famous documentary is also known as "The Incredibles." (That's how Pastor Dave introduced it to us.) We arrived at church at about eight o'clock and were very glad to be home. We hope that those who made professions of faith will stick to them and that we will never forget what God did in our hearts.
