Pastor Brown received his college degree from Bob Jones University (BJU) in Greenville, SC, in 1979, and earned a masters degree in Pastoral Studies from BJU in 1991. He has served at several ministries, most recently Oakwood Baptist Church in Anderson, SC. Pastor Brown joined the staff in June of 2009 as the senior pastor. His main responsibilities include overseeing the ministry, leading the pastoral team, and the teaching/preaching ministry of the church. Pastor Brown and his wife Debbie have one son.

PASTOR RAY ANDERSON, Education Pastor

Pastor Ray graduated in May of 2001 from Northland International University (NIU) of Dunbar, Wisconsin, and the church voted him onto the pastoral staff here at Bay City Baptist Church that same month. He completed work on a masters degree at NIU in 2005. His main responsibilities include administration of the Christian school, teaching in the school, and teaching/preaching in the church. Pastor Ray and his his wife Tiffany have four children.

PASTOR DAVE BENDER, Family Ministries

Pastor Dave completed his college education at Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown, WI, in 1983, then earned a masters degree at Northland International University in 1996. He has served at Faith Baptist Church in Canoga Park, CA (1984-1990), and at Bay City Baptist (1990-present). His main responsibilities include family ministries, ministry to teens, teaching Bible in the school, and teaching/preaching in the church. Pastor Dave and his wife Julie have three children.

REV. KRIS STAUFF, Ministry Assistant

Kris graduated from Northland International University in 1992 with a degree in Pastoral Theology. He joined the church staff in August of 2005 in order to serve in the offices as an assistant to the pastors. His main responsibilities include teaching in the school, serving in the music ministry, assisting the pastors, and the teaching/preaching ministry of the church. Kris was ordained at Bay City Baptist in March of 2010. He and his wife Julie have four children.
